I am in my 3rd month at Lakewood Flats and I have had a very good experience so far. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The apartments are newer and very nice; granite counter tops, scraped wood-look flooring, large islands in the kitchen area, storage on your balcony, and seem to be very well insulated and sound proofed. I have very minimal noise from the apartments around me. The location is excellent; access to White Rock Lake, the Arboretum and bike trails. -- Kenvernon
